Reservation Policy

Reservations are required and require 24 hour notice.
We ALWAYS call to confirm your reservation during the week of the reservation.
Normally, this is done a day or two before. A direct response is REQUIRED TO KEEP
THE RESERVATION. This is to confirm the final count of your tea party, menu
choices and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Your final count is what you'll actually be billed for. If we've left a message
and don't receive a response, the reservation will be cancelled
and given to the next party on the wait list.

We are unable to take reservations via this website or our Facebook page

For the comfort, pleasure and safety of all our guests and staff, children must be
able to remain quietly seated at their assigned table and be accompanied by an
adult at all other times.
ALL SEATING is limited to 2 hours unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Reservations exceeding the 2 hour seating time are subject to a $50 per half hour
fee per table.

We understand that there are circumstances in which we have no control and
every effort is made to make your experience a joyful one.
However, in the event you and your party are unable to keep your reservation and
we don't hear from you, a NO SHOW FEE of $20.00 and/or $15.00 for the
Princess Tea will be charged.
Deposits are non-refundable 30 days prior to your reservation,
unless otherwise arranged.
Special Events require a prepaid reservation.
These reservations are non-refundable.
Please, no sharing. A menu selection is required for each reservation.


Due to the nature of our business hours may vary.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
